What time should I arrive at your lot?
We recommend arriving to our lot at least 30 minutes before you would like to be at the airport. For example if you would like to be at the airport by 6:00 AM, then we recommend you arrive by 5:30 AM.
For domestic flights please arrive 2.5-3 hours prior; for international flights please arrive 3.5-4 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
Keep in mind that Thursday, Friday, & Saturday are typically the busiest days for departure.
Holidays: The days leading up to and after holidays are always extremely busy, please prepare accordingly.

Do you offer transportation?
We offer free transportation to & from the airport for up to 4 passengers per vehicle. Every additional passenger is only $8 for the round trip.
Our shuttles run on demand, therefore we have no set schedule.
Is your lot safe?
Yes. We are open 24 hours therefore there is always an employee around. The lot is also fenced in.
Do you offer RV parking?
No, RV parking is prohibited.
Do I need to make a reservation?
While it is not necessary, it is highly recommended. Reserving online in advance will guarantee the best rate and ensure your parking spot with us. Our rates are subject to change and we do sell out. Reservations must be made 24-hrs in advance.
Lot Liability?
All vehicles are parked at owner’s risk. No liability is assumed by Park By The Port, Inc (dba Park By The Ports) for loss or damage by fire, theft, flood, or any other cause to or by the vehicle while in the custody of Park By The Ports. All claims must be presented before the vehicle is taken from the facility. Park By The Ports is also not responsible for any articles left in vehicles, shuttles, nor lot.

Cruising out of Port Everglades and flying back into FLL? Maybe you’re taking a flight somewhere, then a cruise back to Ft. Lauderdale. Park By The Ports can assist either way. Our lot does both airport & cruise port parking from the same location. When booking, choose the option where you are going to return from. Upon check in, just let the attendant know, and you’ll be good to go!
What do I need to do when I check-in for airport parking?
The lot for Park By The Ports is located inside the Dania Beach Casino in the North West corner of the parking lot. Here we will check you into the parking lot and remove your luggage to be placed onto shuttle. Please print out your receipt or have it ready on your mobile device. Display your receipt on the vehicle at all times.
For domestic flights please arrive 2.5-3 hours before; for international flights please arrive 3.5-4 hours before scheduled departure time.
Please note: our check in process can take 15-20 minutes and we leave no customer behind. Please give yourself adequate time. We recommend arriving to the lot 30 minutes before you would like to be at the airport.

What do I need to do to get picked up from the airport?
You must call 954-727-5566 ext. 1 after baggage claim & customs for pick-up. Waiting areas are in-between the terminals on the ground floor (arrivals); drivers cannot pick up anywhere else. Wear stickers & look for a shuttle that reads “Park By The Ports
Terminal 1: When outside, walk RIGHT to blue & white sign that says “Hotel & Off Airport Parking Shuttles”
Terminal 2: When outside, walk RIGHT to white sign that says “Off Airport Parking Shuttles”
Terminal 3: When outside, walk RIGHT to white sign that reads “Shuttles to Off Airport Parking”
Terminal 4: When outside, walk LEFT to white sign that reads “Shuttles to Off Airport Parking”
