Our Simple Port Everglades Parking Process
Park By The Ports is here to make your cruise parking experience the best possible! Whether through our easy process, great shuttle service, or helpful staff, we seek to make your port parking a hassle-free experience!
The best way to reserve your Port Everglades parking is by making a reservation online. If you have any questions visit our FAQ page. Our call center is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM to make a reservation over the phone if needed or to answer any questions you may have on our parking. Once you have made your reservation all you have left to do is show up! Arrive with your luggage tagged, reservation in hand, and we will take care of the rest. Remember you’re on vacation.
PORT EVERGLADES CRUISE PORT CHECK IN:
We are located inside the Casino @ Dania Beach’s parking lot in the northeast corner by the white tent (across the street from the church). You must check-in at the orange trailer prior to parking. Please have your reservation ready to show the attendant. We will provide you a return ticket, vehicle tag, and remove your luggage to be placed on the shuttle. Please have your luggage packed and tagged prior to arrival.

DEPARTING CRUISERS TO PORT EVERGLADES:
Drivers begin shuttling passengers to the cruise port after 8:00 AM, approximately every 20-30 minutes until 2:30 PM. Arrive at least one hour prior to your boarding time.
RETURNING CRUISERS FROM PORT EVERGLADES:
Shuttles make rounds approximately every 20 minutes from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM & approximately every 40 minutes from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. We keep track of when cruise ships are coming into the port and will ensure you don’t have to wait long for a shuttle.
Disembark the ship early in order to avoid delays and traffic. Wear the stickers you receive upon arrival & look for vans that read “Park By The Ports”. We will get you safely back to our lot to pick up your car.

We continuously have 10 shuttles running at all of our lots and will get your to your destination on time whether that be a cruise port or the airport. There are 8 different cruise terminals here. In the shuttle it’s important to have your information ready. They have strict security when boarding your ship. You will need a passport or birth certificate as well as a confirmation of your cruise booking. Hand you big luggage to the cruise staff members, but it’s recommended you keep hand luggage with your valuables in it. There are bathrooms, wifi, and vending machines located at the terminal for your convenience, ask the staff around if you have any questions!
